Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

easy3d is operated by an independent developer based in Bangladesh, reachable at support@easy3d.info. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use app.easy3d.info (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run the Service:

• Account information: your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) basic Google profile data.
• Usage data: the text prompts you submit, the 3D models generated, your credit balance, and timestamps of generation activity.
• Payment data: we do not store payment card details. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; we receive only a subscription status and identifier.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request paths) for security and debugging, retained for up to 30 days.

3. How we use it

• To authenticate you and provide the Service.
• To process 3D generation requests via Meshy.
• To enforce credit balances and daily limits.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Lemon Squeezy.
• To respond to support requests.
• To protect against abuse, fraud, and content-policy violations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or generations to train any model.

4. Third-party processors

To deliver easy3d we share specific data with the following processors:

• Supabase (authentication, database, hosted in the EU/US): account email, prompts, generations, credits.
• Meshy (3D generation): your text prompt and Meshy task identifiers. See Meshy's privacy policy at meshy.ai.
• Lemon Squeezy (payments): your email and payment details (collected and held by Lemon Squeezy directly).
• Vercel (hosting): standard server logs.

5. Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion for accounting purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7). Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and local storage required for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@easy3d.info. We respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Our processors are based in the United States and European Union; using the Service implies your data may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, hashed authentication tokens, row-level security on user data) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

easy3d is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us so we can delete the account.

11. Changes

We will update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect.
