Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using easy3d (the "Service") at app.easy3d.info, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

easy3d is a credit-based software service that generates 3D models from text prompts using the Meshy AI platform as a third-party processor. Generated outputs include preview meshes, remeshed (retopologized) models, and textured models in GLB, FBX, and OBJ formats.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use easy3d. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate sign-up information and to keep it current.

4. Credits, Plans, and Billing

The Service operates on a credit system. Each successful generation deducts one credit. New users receive a small number of free credits on signup. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy and grant a fixed number of credits per billing cycle. Daily limits per plan apply as listed at sign-up.

Credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless explicitly stated. You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless covered by the Refund Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content

Models you generate through easy3d are produced by a third-party AI provider (Meshy). easy3d does not claim copyright over output you generate. Subject to Meshy's own terms, you receive the rights granted by Meshy to commercial use of your outputs. easy3d does not guarantee that any specific output will be unique, accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free from third-party IP overlap; you are responsible for verifying suitability before commercial use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use easy3d to generate content that is unlawful, infringes any third party's intellectual property, contains sexual content involving minors, depicts non-consensual sexual content, or otherwise violates Meshy's content policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund of unused credits.

7. Third-Party Services

easy3d uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Meshy for 3D generation, and Lemon Squeezy for payment processing. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. easy3d is not responsible for outages, failures, or changes to those third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We provide easy3d on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Generation jobs may queue, fail, or expire on the underlying Meshy platform. When a generation fails before producing output, the deducted easy3d credit is refunded to your account automatically.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, easy3d and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using easy3d at any time and request account deletion via support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail payment, or are inactive for an extended period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by an in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
